  • We provide a modern and high-quality residential experience. The Studio floor plan was designed based on several years of feedback from residents and the personal experience of our founders.

  • Our process limits backyard and neighborhood disruption by manufacturing the prefab accessory dwelling unit (ADU) off-site, reducing on-site work to about 20 days.

  • Living area with LVP flooring throughout, in unit washer & dryer, Queen-size Murphy bed.

    Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity.

  • Our dwelling meets Title 24 energy requirements and local building codes in key markets across California to expedite the pre-development process.

SERVICES

  • We analyze your property or rental portfolio to determine the potential to add the Single Family Studio. We help you evaluate zoning, cost, deliverability, placement options, etc.

  • Our Single Family Studio is pre-approved across the State of CA. We standardize our permit packages to help reduce the time to obtain a building permit.

  • Bequall helps identify General Contractors who you can contract with for the required sitework. Based on our experience, we help evaluate bids, identify areas for cost savings, and provide timelines for manufacturing and installation.

  • With our structured process and coordination, we help ensure your projects are executed successfully. We developed standard procedures from site placement to installation so we can ensure your general contractor is clear on the scope of work and activities when your home is delivered.

  • We work with your general contractor to complete punch list items, schedule inspections and ensure the unit is ready for you to occupy or rent.
